Q: What is made to order?

A: We are a slow fashion brand, each piece is made individually for you. Because we are dedicated to slow fashion and made to order pieces, our garments can take a little bit longer due to fabric sourcing or a variety of other reasons. The reason we are in the fashion industry is not to get your clothes to you the fastest that we possibly can, but to sit down and thoughtfully make vintage fabric pieces tailored to you!

Q: Can I get faster shipping if I need something sooner?

A: Yes! We have an expedited shipping option for an additional cost of 45$, and orders can be expected to be shipped in two weeks. If there is a specific date you need it by, let us know and we will see what we can do!

Q: How is your brand ethical?

A: Started by Charlotte Irvin, who vowed to never use manufacturing. Everything is made by Charlotte or a member of her team.

Aside from not having clothing manufactured, Charlotte is dedicated to paying our seamstresses a living wage.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Since every piece is handmade to order we do not accept returns. However, we are human and mistakes ( while not frequent) are made so if there was an issue on our end we are willing to bend this. Just contact us!

We do accept size exchanges always, can easily alter things for you!

Q: How is your brand sustainable?

A: . Our brand only uses dead-stock or vintage materials to not contribute further to any fabric waste. We also save all our scraps and reuse them for different ( to be announced!) projects! Everything we do is made to order to make sure nothing is ever wasted. All leftover fabric will be used in new designs.

Q: How do you decide your pricing?

A: Our pricing has a lot of factors into it, including materials, paying living wages for our work, the intricacy of our designs, and the time spent putting love into each individual piece.

Q: What if my order is taking longer than the time estimate?
