Q: What is made to order?
We offer the option for our pieces to be made to order to ensure that Eternally Curious fits everyone!
With that being said, there is a $45+ fee for all made to order pieces because we do have to change the patterns and make the new pieces in house
Q: Are all pieces made to order?
We are currently expanding to reach out to local seamstresses in order to keep up with our current demand. This is only with “The Eternally Famous” collection and any pieces dropped after that. All other pieces are still made to order until we run out of fabric.
With that being said, all pieces are made to the size chart on our website. If you want specific measurements, chose the made to order item on our website and we can evaluate the scale and cost of your request from there. Things like inseam changes will be at the starting price!
Q: Can I get faster shipping if I need something sooner?
A: Yes! We have an expedited shipping option for an additional cost of 45$, and orders will be prioritized and shipped out within 4 weeks. If there is a specific date you need it by, let us know and we will see what we can do!
With the eternally famous collection, it will be shipped out within two weeks, or the timeline listed on the product.
Q: How is your brand ethical?
A: We have a small team of 4 people who are all paid an extremely livable wage. Any labor we outsource is compensated fairly. We buy all our materials and fabrics dead-stock and avoid purchasing any supplies made by slave labor.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Since every piece is handmade to order or made in an extremely small batch, we do not accept returns.
While unlikely, if you receive an item thats damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. Send clear photos so we can review your case. If it has been worn you will not receive any compensation. Claims made outside this timeframe are not eligible for review.
There will be no refunds or cancelations unless your order has surpassed our given timeframe on the website or you received a defective item.
We do accept changes on everything but custom orders. Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order. This is only if the item is original, unworn condition with the tags attached.
You must ship it back after contacting us, and you will receive an invoice for shipping costs for your new size.
Q: How is your brand sustainable?
A: . Our brand only uses dead-stock or vintage materials to not contribute further to any fabric waste. We also save all our scraps and reuse them for different ( to be announced!) projects! Everything we do is made to order to make sure nothing is ever wasted. All leftover fabric will be used in new designs.
Q: How do you decide your pricing?
A: Our pricing has a lot of factors into it, including materials, paying living wages for our work, the intricacy of our designs, and the time spent putting love into each individual piece.
Q: What if my order is taking longer than the time estimate?
A: Our estimated time frame for all current orders is 4-12 weeks. We are trying our best to make sure we keep putting out quality products, which takes time. If you would like to inquire about the status of your order, please email: conatact@eternallycuriousdesigns.com
Q: Shipping issues
A: Custom fees, Vat, import taxes, and tariffs are responsibility of the customer.
If your package is returned to us because those fees are not paid, no refund will be issued. (we end up having to pay those fees)
If you order a ready to ship item with a made to order item, they will be shipped together once the made to order item is ready.
All of our packages are shipped with insurance, if your package goes missing in transit, please reach out to the courier to open a claim. They are the only ones capable of tracking and reimbursing.
Once a package has been shipped, it is out of our hands. If you think your package has been stolen, file a mail theft report with your courier and local authorities.

It is just one person responding, we try to get to al inquiries as fast as possible. Please email us instead of DM, we will respond to all, but messages get lost in our DMS.
